Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full features of the khele88 Platform, including making deposits, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided at the time of registration, and any updates made thereafter, will be truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus winnings.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on khele88. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

All financial transactions on the khele88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). khele88 does not apply any currency conversion to funds deposited or withdrawn using supported local Bangladeshi payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods:

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. By using the khele88 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one khele88 account, regardless of the personal details used.
• Allowing or enabling any third party to access or use your khele88 account.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical fault for personal gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault are null and void.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.

khele88 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that it reasonably suspects to be in violation of these obligations. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals placed on hold pending the outcome of the review.

All content, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, text, graphics, interfaces, audio, video, code, and software available on the khele88 Platform are the exclusive property of khele88 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from khele88.
• Use the khele88 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with the account security requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Any loss of winnings arising from the technical malfunction of a game, where such malfunction voids the game round in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Decisions made by you in relation to betting or gaming activity, including the outcome of any wager placed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit khele88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

khele88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Continued operation of the account presents a reputational, legal, or financial risk to khele88 or other users of the Platform.
• The account holder requests closure as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure.

Where an account is closed by khele88 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and promotional credits held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request to close your khele88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players seeking a responsible gaming break may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a longer self-exclusion period directly from their account settings or by contacting support.
